Lifting Solutions

Handling of heavy loads is something of a routine in the industry. Be it a steel plant, fabrication shop, a food processing factory, power plant or a rocket assembly shop, all of them are in need of lifting various types and forms of load at various stages of operation.

There are several renowned equipment supplying companies which provide very sophisticated, state of the art equipment with miscellaneous features that will ensure a safe and smooth lifting /handling
of loads. Some of them are even a couple of centuries old and have mastered the art of load lifting, better than anyone else.

But what if;

  • The over head crane you want to install does not has a runway beam to run on because you
    have just acquired an old facility and you want to customize it as per your requirement
  • Or its not strong enough to carry the load because earlier it was a glass factory and now you
    want to make heavy transformers there
  • Or if the jib crane you want to install does not has a base because until recently it was your
    storage area and now the management has planned to make it a work shop
  • Or you want to set up a new production line and your existing factory is not designed to
    handle the additional load of cranes you intend to put on the old structure.

This is where we come in;

  • It’s a real pleasure for WeOne as an innovative lifting solutions company to bring up unique customer centric solutions. We do it from scratch, from design to manufacturing and from installation to commissioning.
  • We start from understating the customer need.
  • Then conduct a detailed site survey to collect existing building data and look for different options that can be adopted to fulfill the need.
  • Value engineering is conducted to find the optimum solution.
  • Upon finalizing most viable solution, basic design is prepared and GA drawings are prepared along with 3D models to help the customer visualize, how the new arrangement will look like. The philosophy is to have the client on board throughout the project, leaving behind the surprise element, normally there after execution.
  • Recently our design team has adopted the technique of Virtual Reality/Augmented Reality to have a better visualization of the proposal in their working space; it brings the whole concept to life before even starting the works.
